Q: How do I enroll in Online Banking?

You can enroll through the Members Heritage Online Banking site or the MHCU mobile app by selecting “Don’t have an account? Enroll” and following the prompts for new user registration.

Q: Is there a mobile app available?

Yes, the MHCU mobile app is available to download from the App Store or Google Play™ for Android™. Simply download the app to your device, follow the prompts to enroll, and begin using the app.

Q: Can I deposit checks using my phone?

Yes. The MHCU mobile app allows eligible members to deposit checks using a smartphone camera. Mobile check deposit can save you a trip to a branch and make it easier to manage deposits on your schedule.

Q: Is Online & Mobile Banking secure?

Yes. Members Heritage uses secure online banking tools to help protect account access and personal information. You can also help keep your account secure by using strong login credentials, protecting your device, and following MHCU’s online banking security tips .

Q: What should I do if I forget my login information?

If you forget your Mobile & Online Banking username or password, click the “Forgot username/password?” prompt from the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password or recover your username. You can also contact one of our branches for assistance.

Taking care of your money is easier with Members Heritage Credit Union’s secure online and mobile banking services. Members Heritage Online Banking and the MHCU mobile app provide free, 24-hour access to your accounts, so you can manage your money when and where it works for you.

Online and mobile banking features include the ability to:

You’ll also be able to check on your accounts almost instantly using our Quick Balance feature. Access to your account is via a secure PIN for added security.

Enrolling is Easy

Signing up for Members Heritage Online Banking is simple. You can enroll online or through the mobile app.

To enroll online:

Visit the online banking site.
Select “Don’t have an account? Enroll.”
Follow the prompts to complete new user registration.

To enroll through the mobile app:

Download the Members Heritage Credit Union mobile app from the App Store or Google Play™ for Android™.
Open the app and select “Don’t have an account? Enroll.”
Follow the prompts to complete new user registration.

How to Request Deletion of Your Digital Banking Data

To request deletion of your digital banking data at Members Heritage, please use one of the following options:

Call us at 800.359.3466;
Send us a secure message through Online or Mobile Banking;
Email us at eservices@mhcu.org

To disable your Online or Mobile Banking enrollment, please call 800.359.3466. Once enrollment is disabled, you will no longer be able to log in to Online or Mobile Banking. Members Heritage may not be able to fully delete Online or Mobile Banking enrollment records due to legal obligations to retain member account information.
