Use Automated Teller (BUTTONS) to Access Your Accounts
Automated Teller (BUTTONS) is a 24-hour service that allows you to access your primary accounts using your phone. All MHCU members can use this service to get account balances, transfer money, make loan payments and more.

Automated Teller (BUTTONS) is Simple and Easy
- Call our toll free number at 800.359.3466
- Enter your Account (Member) Number, followed by the “#” sign.
- Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you don't remember your PIN or don't have one please say "I don't have one" or press *.
- Make selections from the menu to complete the desired transactions.
For First-Time Automated Teller (BUTTON) Users
If you have never used Automated Teller (BUTTONS), please call us at 800.359.3466. Choose Automated Teller. You will be prompted for your Account (member number). It will ask you for your PIN. Since you are new, you don't have one. Press the * key. To register, the Automated Teller will need to verify your information. It will ask for your full SSN, whether you are registering a Personal or Business Account and your Date of Birth. You will then choose a 4-digit PIN number and be asked to confirm this PIN by entering it again. At this time you will be officially registered in Automated Teller.
